An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our successful IFA company based in Glasgow City Centre. To be offered on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and well established organisation.

The role holder will provide the highest level of customer service within agreed service standards and foster good working relationships with clients.

Key experience for the role includes:

• Working in a Financial Services customer services role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
• Ability to work well both in a team environment and individually.
• Confident working with numerical information.
• Good problem solver.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications/First knowledge would be advantageous.
• Understand and operate within guidelines and procedures and in line with relevant authorisation, legislation and compliance rules both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of all paperwork for client meetings including research using The Exchange/AssureWeb and Synaptics, obtaining illustrations for all types of new business.
• Processing of all new business both paper-based and via platforms.
• Taking ownership and responsibility when handling customer enquiries.
• Dealing with client queries including liaison with product providers.
• Ensuring client files are fully compliant.
• General administration duties:  database management, letters to providers/clients, dealing with incoming post, franking, telephone answering/contact with clients and providers.
• Work as part of small team to achieve business objectives.

This is very much a progressive post in that the role holder should be prepared to develop their knowledge and skillbase with a view in time to expanding the role and responsibilities with experience. FS experience is essential.
