Lesley joined Warde Graham Consulting Ltd as a paraplanner in July 2003, when the company was set up. After initially graduating with a masters degree in biochemistry, Lesley switched career and now has over 9 years’ experience in the financial services sector, both as a paraplanner and also working as an IFA with a major bank. Lesley provides an integral role in the company with technical expertise in a range of areas including investments, pensions, protection and trusts.

Lesley’s specialised area is in pension advice, and she holds the Chartered Insurance Institute advanced pension qualification, G60. Also, in continuing to keep up to date with changing pension legislation, she has recently completed the latest CII pension exam, J04. Lesley regularly undertakes occupational pension scheme analysis, pension scheme consolidation and pension funding reviews.

In her spare time, Lesley is a keen artist and enjoys live music events, festivals and gigs as well as torturing herself at aerobics.
